Services provided:           Construction supervision and building commissioning services, supervision of remedial works to rectify defects that arise during the Defects Notification Period (DNP), and preparation of Measurement and Verification (M&V) reports for the renovated buildings.

Technical Details:        The project (Lot-2) consists of renovation of 3 buildings complex including 11 buildings (construction area: 142.362 m2) by providing energy efficiency requirements. These 3 buildings are "Bursa Atatürk Teknik ve End. Meslek Lisesi" (School including 6 buildings, construction area: 12910 m2), "Bursa Anadolu Kız Lisesi" (School including 3 buildings, construction area: 11772 m2) and "Şevket Yılmaz Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi" (Hospital including 2 buildings, construction area: 117680 m2) in Bursa. The project includes building envelope measures (roofs/wall insulation, windows, doors), heating/cooling systems, water heating, pumps/fans and lighting and some renewable energy (RE) applications (e.g., rooftop solar PV, biomass heating, solar water heating, geothermal heat pumps) to offset the building’s electricity/fuel use. On the other hand, a limited amount of funds allocated for non-EE/RE measures (e.g., rewiring, minor structural repairs, painting, seismic safety, etc.) The project is financed by WB within the framework of the Energy Efficiency in Public Buildings Project. The client is the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, General Directorate of Construction Affairs, External Investment Department. The project was started in 04.06.2020.
