Communication is a binder element that connects different types of land uses to one another. On the other hand, transportation can be described as qualitative and quantitative state of this binder element.
In this paragraph, binder means to provide connections whats more to strengthen the demand connections for adequate level. Transportation means that a kind of land use as well. Transportation consists of two structures defined as infrastructure and superstructure. The main components of infrastructure are, highways, collect-transfer zones, terminals, stations. The main components of superstructure are, vehicles and traffic. Transportation Infrastructure also covers test-control functions for traffic lights, traffic islands, power stations and sub stations, cross overs and similar superstructure, other technical components. Transportation is not a goal, however it is an instrument. This means that, transportation is the way of to join for the city activities and urban living quarters. Consequently, the main aim of transportation should be to improve the quality of urban environs and the quality of urban life, and the implementation of urban system.
